Desperados 'Party Better, Party Different' Campaign: Redefining Party Experiences

Desperados needed our help to establish their brand as synonymous with partying to their target audience of 18-25 year olds. We created three convention-twisting parties for Desperados across the globe.

London Next Level saw guests working together to unlock different floors as the party escalated up the building. Warsaw Endless Night twisted the constraints of time; Milan’s Hotel Revelation was a night of discovery in a hotel with a difference.

The Milan party allowed us to turn an old warehouse into a run-down hotel inspired by The Grand Hotel Budapest. The venue’s totally blank canvas let the team's imagination go into hyperdrive. The result was a stunning environment that transported the guests to a fantastical old run-down hotel, evidence showed it was once home to the A-listers and gentry but now only the dusty staff remain.

As you would expect, the staff were key to the experience working. They were given characters and a persona; they stayed in character throughout the evening, and the guests interacted with them exactly as we wanted.

The success of the event hinged on it being believable; the guests had to be transported into a world that gave them the framework of the story, they then used their imagination to fill in the deliberate gaps.
