Under the creative genius of Daz Jameson and SMPro, we brought alive the ancient tombs of the Nabataean’s using projection and drones to tell the 2,000-year-old story. The show was in the AlUla desert and is the first UNESCO site in the Saudi Kingdom.
The video projected activation stretched 200m along the East side of the Jabal Al Banat mountain side, rising 30+ meters in height connecting the ground to the sky.
The lighting canvas (including photographic gobos) extended the full 270-meter width of the mountain.
A visual spectacle of artistic projection mapping set on a selected section and accompanied by luminous lighting effects. Directly above the monolith the sky becomes our canvas for 1,250 drones.
